Water Sports in KosIf you love the ocean, love being out and getting a thrill, and really want to experience the extensive water sports which are available in Kos, you are going to find a variety of ways to do so while on your Greek vacation. Kos is a beautiful greek Island, located right on the ocean, meaning everywhere you turn, water sports, and fun out on the ocean, is something which locals and tourists alike, love to do on this small island. One of the main famous villages is Kos island, and it is the ideal destination for those looking for the ultimate water sports, and the ultimate experience on the ocean.

There are several locations in Kos where visitors can rent, or take guided tours, from a wide variety of water sports. From renting a sailing boat, taking a guided ocean tour, kayaking, jet skis, water skiing, paragliding, and any other water activity you can think of, there is a place on the island where you can rent the equipment, and get out on the ocean for a great day of fun (more info on Tours in Kos). Water sports is something which can be enjoyed by people of all ages, so if you really want to experience Kos, and the Greek islands surrounding it, then you are going to want to set aside at least one day of your vacation to hit these rental companies, and really get the ultimate in water sports (See Kos Sporting Activities).

For those who are the less adventerous types, there are activities such as fly fishing, water bikes, and taking a guided tour of the island by water. So, even if you are not a thrill seeker, there is some form of water sports for you to get out there and enjoy as well. For those of you who are looking for the ultimate experience, and are looking to try any and everything as far as water sports, there is bound to be a sport which you have never tried before, and Kos is the perfect place to experience it for the first time.
