One of the most famous tourist attractions in the lovely island of Kos is the Tree of Hippocrates, which is said to be the oldest tree that can be found in all of Europe. If you want to see it, it is located just across the Castle of the Knights. According to local legends, it has been said that Hippocrates planted the tree for his students as a form of protection from the sun.

Another place that you should visit in the island is the town of Kos, one of the oldest towns in Europe. Many tourists and locals alike go here by night because there are plenty of clubs and restaurants that are sure to make you party (more info on Nightlife in Kos) until the wee hours of the morning. During daytime, there are also many historical places that you can visit such as the Defterdar Mosque and the Archaeological Museum just to name a few. 

The Asclepeion is also one of the best places that you should visit while you are in Kos. It is the very first tourist spot in the island, and it has been said that it was built during the 4th century BC as an honor to the god of medicine and healing, Asclepius or Asclepios to some. If you want to feel the heat of the sun on your face and the warm sand on your toes, the best beach in Kos that you should visit is the Bubble Beach, which is a couple of minutes drive away from the small town of Kardamaina. There are a lot of things that you can do while in the Bubble Beach such as swimming and different kinds of water sports such as jet ski and paddle boat rentals among others.

Apart from all the places that I have mentioned, there are many other tourist spots that you should see. You and your loved ones will surely enjoy your trip to the island of Kos.
